Former WWE star Batista filmed a low-budget movie in December called House of the Rising Sun that is scheduled for release later this year. The Animal plays a former crooked cop who now works as a bouncer at a strip club. After the club owner’s son is murdered, Batista’s character Ray must get to the bottom of everything as he’s been set up for the murder. Batista is also up for a role in a major action movie that’s set to star Russell Crowe and MMA fighter Cung Lee.
