...O sea, no es ninguna novedad. Pero la disyuntiva moral que produce ver en faldas a un hombre hecho y derecho (y también a los no tan derechos) en nuestros tiempos, debería sobrepasar a rajatabla lo trivialmente prendario para convertirse en un precepto de liberación sexual...masculina, sí, 'MASCULINA'. Zafándonos de antecedentes y de historia -porque simplemente nos ha tratado mal-, ¿por qué tendríamos que seguir haciendo caso a esta convención tan demostradoramente mutilante? Hace medio siglo que las mujeres pueden elegir entre faldas y pantalones; y prácticamente nosotros seguimos jugando nuestro papel de toda la vida en la historia de la vestimenta. Pero las cosas están cambiando, y felizmente, de la mano de los diseñadores de moda más interesantes del planeta. Sarah Kuratle es el nombre de la abanderada de esta causa revolucionaria. Desde 1996 maneja Amok, 'faldas para hombres', con más de 40 creaciones que van desde las duras denim hasta las clásicas elegantes/ejecutivas, así como modelos trendy-techno. Some people criticize it, and the majority says 'thanks God it's inconceivable'. Only the bold dare to wear them and, having a biased affinity toward heretics, it's just *supernatural* that we join their fashionable cause. Skirts for men! Or male sexual revolution...

Yes, MALE. Getting rid of pre-conceived notions and history - because we have simply been mistreated- why should we keep perpetuating this evidently mutilating standard? For half a century women have been able to choose between skirts or trousers... Meanwhile, we keep playing our everlasting role in the history of clothing. But, you can't hold back the winds of change, and in this particular case, they are being fortunately controlled by the designers of the planet's most interesting fashion. Sarah Kuratle is the name of the flagwoman of this revolutionary cause.
